Our Process
Artwork Preparation
Submit your design. We'll separate it into individual colour layers and prepare it for screen output.
Screen Burning
Each colour gets its own screen, burned with your design using UV light and photo-sensitive emulsion.
Press Setup & Test Print
Screens are loaded onto the press, ink is mixed to your colour specs, and a test print is run for approval.
Production Run
Your order runs through the press. Each garment is cured in a conveyor dryer to set the ink permanently.
Quality Check & Delivery
Every piece is inspected before folding, bagging, and shipping or pickup.
